Light from Light, true God from true God, you show us your face in the beauty of creation and the human spirit. You were transfigured, reminding the apostles of who you are. You call us to be transfigured into your image. May all those I encounter this week find you in me. May I hear your voice in their needs and hopes. Nudge me gently but firmly to respond with your compassion and mercy.
Luz de Luz, Dios verdadero de Dios verdadero, nos muestras tu rostro en la belleza de la creación y el espíritu humano. Fuiste transfigurado, recordando a los Apóstoles quien eres. Tu nos llamas a ser transfigurados a Tu imagen. Esta semana, que todos aquellos con quienes hable Te hallen en mí. Que pueda escuchar Tu voz en sus necesidades y esperanzas. Dame un toque, suave pero firme, para responder con Tu compasión y misericordia.
