As we approach the feast of our parish, Cristo Rey, this is a wonderful opportunity for us to prepare ourselves spiritually as members of the Kingdom of God. The novena prayers will continue each night at the 7:00pm Mass from November 13-21.
The Solemnity of Cristo Rey is Sunday, NOVEMBER 22 and we will the regular schedule of Masses. Bishop Alexander Salazar will be with us for the 12:30pm Mass followed by the traditional street procession with the Banda “Nueva Ilusion.” There will be food and entertainment from 8am- 4pm. Our D.J. Eric Estrada will be here and we will have the group “Fiesta Tropical”(Cumbia) with parishioner Roberto Orozco and his band performing from 2pm-4pm. This is OUR feast.
Nos estamos acercando a la celebración de la fiesta de nuestra parroquia de Cristo Rey, esta es una gran oportunidad para prepararnos espiritualmente como miembros del Reino de Dios. La novena en honor a Cristo Rey será cada noche en la Misa de 7:00pm de Noviembre 13 al 21.
La Solemnidad de Cristo Rey es el Domingo 22 de Noviembre y tendremos el horario regular de Misas. El Obispo Alexander Salazar nos acompañara en la Misa de 12:30pm seguida de la procesión tradicional por la calle y la Banda “Nueva Ilusión.” Habrá comida y entretenimiento de 8am- 4pm. Música con nuestro D.J. Eric Estrada y tendremos el grupo “Fiesta Tropical” (Cumbia) con el feligrés Roberto Orozco y su banda tocando de 2pm-4pm. Esta es NUESTRA fiesta.
