Pope Francis has declared 2015
as the “Year of Consecrated Life” to celebrate those who have dedicated their
lives to God as religious men and women, living their religious vows. Next Sunday, Fr. Michael Stechmann will be
among the religious celebrating anniversaries of religious profession who will
be honored by Archbishop Gomez. (Fr.
Michael is celebrating his 40th anniversary of religious profession
this year.) In addition, there will be a
special recognition for the Order of Augustinian Recollects (O.A.R.) for our 75th
anniversary of continuous service to the community of Cristo Rey. Celebrate the Consecrated Life and pray for
vocations!
El Papa Francisco ha declarado el 2015 como el
“Año de la Vida Consagrada” para celebrar a todos los hombres y mujeres que han
dedicado sus vidas a Dios en la vida consagrada. Para el próximo domingo, el Padre Michael
Stechmann estará entre los muchos religiosos que celebraran su aniversario de
profesión religiosa que serán felicitados por el Arzobispo Gomez. (Padre Michael esta celebrando 40 años de
profesión religiosa este año). Ademas,
se hara un reconociemto especial a la Orden de los Agustinos Recoletos (O.A.R.)
por su 75 aniversario de continuo servicio a la comunidad de Cristo Rey.
